As co-founder and director at BZ Ingenieurs & Managers and working in the field of flood protection, Wouter Zomer is an expert in measurement and monitoring of flood projection infrastructure. He is involved in several research and development projects in the field of flood protection, life cycle management and data integration. His vision is to increase the safety of flood protection infrastructure by continuously improving knowledge of the current state of the infrastructure by monitoring.
